Turkish forces shell villages in Syria’s Hasakah

HASAKAH, Syria (North Press) – Turkish forces bombarded on Tuesday a village in the outskirt of the town of Tel Tamr in the northern countryside of Hasakah, Northeast Syria.

A local source in the town told North Press that the Turkish forces and their affiliated Turkish-backed armed opposition factions, aka the Syrian National Army (SNA), shelled the village of Tawila in the west of Tel Tamr, with no causalities recorded so far.

The source added that for the past three days, the Turkish forces bombarded the village of Tawila, Tel Tawil, and the village of Umm al-Keif, west of Tel Tamr.

The town of Tel Tamr is under constant attacks by the Turkish forces and their affiliated SNA factions that resulted in casualties and destruction of civilians property.
