3 civilians killed in separate incidents in Syria’s Daraa

DARAA, Syria (North Press) – Three people were killed on Wednesday in three separate incidents in #Daraa Governorate, southern #Syria. Two of them were shot dead while the third was killed in a blast of a war remnant.

A North Press correspondent in Daraa, citing local sources, reported that Muhammad Abdul Razaq al-Haj Ali, was killed as a result of the blast of a war remnant in the town of Kherbet Ghazala in northeastern Daraa.

The explosion took place as he was working on his tractor in his farmland, located near the town.

Other local sources told North Press that Khaled Aqla al-Khalidi, 45, was killed by unknown gunmen in western Daraa. They added that al-Khalidi was shot by unidentified gunmen in the town of Kharab al-Shahm in western Daraa.

The sources said that al-Khalidi worked as a driver between Daraa and Jordan and had never been affiliated with any military or security entity.

Similarly, a local source told North Press that a man named Hatem Radi al-Madahleh was killed in eastern Daraa Governorate by unknown gunmen. He was shot dead on the outskirts of the town of al-Mleiha al-Sharqiyah in the eastern countryside of Daraa, close to Suwayda Governorate.

The source noted that al-Madahleh is from the nomadic tribes in Suwayda Governorate, southern Syria, and worked in livestock farming in the eastern countryside of Daraa.
