DEIR EZ-ZOR, Syria (North Press) – Media outlets linked to the Islamic State (ISIS) said on Monday the group launched three attacks against the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) in the countryside of Deir ez-Zor, eastern Syria.

The ISIS-run Amaq News Agency said in a statement ISIS militants targeted an SDF post in the village of Tawamiya in the eastern countryside of Deir ez-Zor.

In another statement, the Agency reported that ISIS militants targeted a military vehicle of the SDF near a bridge in the town of Diban, which led to the injury of one SDF fighter.

In a third statement, the Agency claimed that the group’s militants attacked with machine guns an SDF military vehicle near the village of Sa’wa in al-Kasrah district in the northwest of Deir ez-Zor, resulting in the killing of one SDF fighter and the injury of others.
