4 individuals killed in separate incidents in Syria’s Daraa
DARAA, Syria (North Press) – In two separate incidents in Daraa Governorate, southern Syria, unidentified gunmen opened fire on Tuesday at two individuals. In addition, two bodies of young men were found in the countryside of Daraa.
A local eyewitness told North Press, “Rami Muhammad Kheir al-Misalme was killed after unidentified gunmen riding a motorcycle opened fire at him in Daraa al-Balad neighborhood.” He was taken to the National Hospital of Daraa but he died before arriving there.
The source added that al-Misalme was a civilian and was not affiliated with any military or security party.
Another local source told North Press, “Unidentified gunmen shot Muhammad Dhiab al-Zamil. He was transferred to the National Hospital of Daraa and later passed away.”
The source added that al-Zamil was directly shot by unidentified gunmen riding a motorcycle in the city of al-Hirak in the northeast Daraa. He was a civilian and was not affiliated with any military or security party.
North Press correspondent reported citing eyewitnesses as saying, “This morning, the body of Muhammad Uqab was found on the outskirts of the village of al-Yadudah in the north of Daraa with visible close-range gunshot wounds.”
They added that “The body of Firas al-Khuby, aka Firas al-Raqqa, was also found on the outskirts of the city of Namar in the north of Daraa. Al-Khuby originally hails from the city of Nawa.”
