Politicians to establish civil political board in Syria’s Suwayda
SUWAYDA, Syria (North Press) – Politicians said on Wednesday that they are to establish a civil political board in Suwayda Governorate, south Syria.
since Aug. 17, protests broke out in Suwayda and its countryside demanding the overthrow of Syrian President Bashar al-Assad and the implement of UN Resolution 2254.
Khalid Jamoul, a politician in Suwayda, told North Press that “a conference will be held soon to announce establishing a civil political board.”
On July 7, a political conference will be held in Suwayda, according to social media sources.
The conference will announce the civil political board that aims to establish local committees responsible for managing service, political, and economic affairs..
The board will also present to the international community its political vision of the future of Syria and their contribution in the political action on rebuilding the state and other related affairs, according to the media sources.
