Mutual shelling between government, Turkish forces wounds child in Aleppo

ALEPPO, Syria (North Press) – Syrian government forces shelled on Monday the town of Qabasin in the eastern countryside of Aleppo, northwest Syria, leading to the injury of a child.

An exclusive source told North Press that the government forces shelled with artillery the residential neighborhoods in the town of Qabasin. The shelling caused the injury of a child who was taken to a medical center in the town.

The shelling caused material damage amid heavy clashes between Turkish-backed armed opposition factions, aka the Syrian National Army (SNA), and the government forces, he added.

In a related context, the Turkish forces targeted the town of Tel Rifaat and the villages of Sheikh Issa and Herbel in the northern countryside of Aleppo with artillery shells, according to the source.
