The attacks led to the injury of four people, including two children, in addition to material damage in the town of Ehsim. The wounded were taken to the al-Shifaa Hospital in the city of Idlib.
Simultaneously, the shelling affected the villages and towns of al-Abzimo, Kafr Taal, Kafr Amma, Tadil, al-Wasata, al-Qasr and the outskirts of the city of al-Atarib in Aleppo western countryside, and the villages of al-Sirmaniyah and Duwayr al-Akrad in the northwest of Hama Governorate.

Although the de-escalation zone in northwest Syria is subject to a Russian-Turkish ceasefire agreement signed in March 2020, the area witnesses frequent mutual bombardment despite the entry of the ceasefire into force.
In March 2020, Russia and Turkey reached an agreement in Moscow that stipulated a ceasefire, the establishment of a safe corridor, and the conduct of joint patrols on the M4/Aleppo-Latakia Highway.
