ISIS claims two attacks against SDF in Raqqa

DEIR EZ-ZOR, Syria (North Press) – The Islamic State (ISIS) alleged via close media outlets on Saturday waging two attacks against the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF), in both the western and northern countryside of Raqqa.

ISIS-affiliated Amaq News Agency issued a statement  that members of the extremist group’s shot dead an SDF fighter in Tabqa, west of Raqqa.

In another statement published by Amaq, ISIS claimed that its members have detonated an improvised explosive device on an SDF vehicle at Kheneiz village, north of Raqqa.

The statement alleged that the blast resulted in the death of two SDF fighters and the injury of another, in addition to causing damage to their vehicle.

The SDF is yet to officially comment on the incident..
