5 killed in car bomb explosion in eastern Aleppo

ALEPPO, Syria (North Press) – On Sunday, five people were killed in a car bomb explosion in the countryside of the town of Ghandoura, east of Aleppo.

A local source told North Press, “A car bomb explosion in the village of Shawah in the countryside of Ghandoura, east of Aleppo, killed five civilians.”

The source added that the blast caused material damage to the place, which was close to a car wash.

The town of Ghandoura has been under the control of Turkish forces and their allied factions of the Syrian National Army (SNA) since 2016.
