{"id":83160,"date":"2022-09-03T11:33:26","date_gmt":"2022-09-03T11:33:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/npasyria.com\/en\/?p=83160"},"modified":"2022-09-04T06:46:56","modified_gmt":"2022-09-04T06:46:56","slug":"yazidi-women-found-on-day-9-of-security-campaign-in-syrias-hawl","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/npasyria.com\/en\/83160\/","title":{"rendered":"Yezidi women found on day 9 of security campaign in Syria\u2019s Hawl"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>HASAKAH, Syria (North Press) &#8211; <\/strong>Media Office of the Internal Security Forces of North and East Syria (Asayish) revealed on Saturday outcomes of the ninth day of Humanity and Security Campaign in Hawl Camp east of Hasakah, northeast Syria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cWe found a Yezidi women posed to threats by mercenaries to remain within families of the organization [ISIS] and to hide her identity,\u201d the statement read.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Asayish arrested four militants of the Islamic State Organization (ISIS) and dismantled 33 tents used by cells for training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On Friday, <a href=\"https:\/\/npasyria.com\/en\/category\/syria\/military-developments\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">14<\/a> individuals were arrested by the \u201cAsayish\u201d on suspicion of connection to ISIS sleeper cells in the camp.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On September 1, the outcomes of the <a href=\"https:\/\/npasyria.com\/en\/83078\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">first week<\/a> of the initiated campaign were revealed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On August 25, the Asayish announced launching the second phase of Operation \u201cHumanity and Security\u201d in Hawl Camp to pursue the ISIS sleeper cells.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The first phase was launched in 2021 in response to calls of community and tribal leaders in Hawl countryside to reduce crimes at the camp.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hawl Camp, 45 km east of the city of Hasakah, is a house for 55.829 individuals, including 28.725 Iraqis, 18.850 Syrians and 8.254 of foreign nationalities, according to the latest statistics obtained by North Press.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The camp witnesses murders with different methods, most notably firearms.
