{"id":73411,"date":"2022-02-26T15:55:36","date_gmt":"2022-02-26T15:55:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/npasyria.com\/en\/?p=73411"},"modified":"2022-02-26T15:55:36","modified_gmt":"2022-02-26T15:55:36","slug":"social-contract-opens-door-for-all-syrians-to-write-a-unified-constitution-aanes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/npasyria.com\/en\/73411\/","title":{"rendered":"social contract opens door for all Syrians to write a unified constitution: AANES"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>RAQQA, Syria (North Press) \u2013<\/strong> The social contract, which is being worked on currently, is a radical and real turning point for all Syrians to take it as a constitution,&nbsp; an official in the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria (AANES) said on Saturday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In July 2021, a 30-member mini-committee was formed to prepare a draft for the social contract, which will be considered as a constitution to regulate the work of the Autonomous Administration on the political, economic and social aspects. After the mini-committee finished its work, the extended committee sessions began.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The social contract is a radical and real turning point and a door to be opened for all Syrians for writing a unified constitution that preserves the unity and sovereignty&nbsp; of the Syrian territory, Yasser Suleiman, deputy co-chair of the General Council of the AANES said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The social contract includes the introduction and the basic principles, the rights, the freedom, and the system of the social justice.
