{"id":70580,"date":"2022-01-11T07:27:58","date_gmt":"2022-01-11T07:27:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/npasyria.com\/en\/?p=70580"},"modified":"2022-01-11T07:28:05","modified_gmt":"2022-01-11T07:28:05","slug":"conference-in-syrias-qamishli-aims-to-liberate-religion-from-radical-ideas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/npasyria.com\/en\/70580\/","title":{"rendered":"Conference in Syria&#8217;s Qamishli aims to liberate religion from radical ideas"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>QAMISHLI, Syria (North Press) \u2013 <\/strong>On Monday, a member of the Preparatory Committee for the International Conference of Religions and Beliefs of Mesopotamia said the aim of the conference is to restore religion to its right track.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Under the title \u201cTogether we spread peace,\u201d the activities of the conference began today on the campus of Rojava University in the city of Qamishli, northeast Syria.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;The people of the region of different religions, beliefs and doctrines believe that the religion should be restored to its right track,&#8221; the deputy co-chair of the Democratic Islam Conference, Abdurrahman Badr Khan, told North Press.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Many followers of religions have made religion a means to achieve their own goals of the power and tyranny,&#8221; he added.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Some countries have supported radical groups and opened their airports and borders for them to reach the region to wreak havoc in it,&#8221; he said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;These factions and these radical ideas have greatly affected the people of the region.
