{"id":68170,"date":"2021-11-24T11:32:10","date_gmt":"2021-11-24T11:32:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/npasyria.com\/en\/?p=68170"},"modified":"2021-11-24T11:32:29","modified_gmt":"2021-11-24T11:32:29","slug":"damascus-should-accept-aanes-decisions-syrian-politician","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/npasyria.com\/en\/68170\/","title":{"rendered":"Damascus should accept AANES\u2019 decisions: Syrian politician"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>SHADDADI, Syria (North press) \u2013 <\/strong>Syrian government should accept the decisions of the Autonomous Administration of North East Syria (AANES) that serve northeastern Syria, a Syrian politician from Shaddadi, south of Hasakah, said on Wednesday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In an exclusive interview with North Press, Abdullah al-Aziz, added that the dialogue between the AANES and the Syrian government is the best solution to stop Turkish threats and violations against the areas of northeastern Syria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On Tuesday, <a href=\"https:\/\/npasyria.com\/en\/68161\/\">the Russian Minister of Foreign Affairs,<\/a> Sergey Lavrov, discussed the Syrian settlement with Ilham Ahmad, the President of the Executive Committee of the Syrian Democratic Council (SDC) in Moscow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The situation in northeast Syria in particular and in Syria in general was discussed, as special attention was given to the task of activating the political settlement in Syria based on UN Security Council Resolution No. 2254, rehabilitating its economy, the social side, returning refugees and displaced persons, and providing humanitarian aid to those in need, the Russian Foreign Ministry\u2019s statement said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Al-Aziz pointed out that if there is serious negotiation and dialogue between the AANES and the government, it will bring great positives to the region, most notably protecting the region from Turkish threats and seeking to resolve the Syrian crisis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He stressed that dialogue is the best solution that is in the interest of the region in general.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On November 22, the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) said in a statement that <a href=\"https:\/\/npasyria.com\/en\/68083\/\">the Syrian government exploits Turkish threats<\/a> to take control over northeast Syria\u2019s regions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cSyrian government is not ready for any political settlement in Syria,\u201d the SDF statement added.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On November 20<a href=\"https:\/\/npasyria.com\/en\/67984\/\">, tribal dignities of Raqqa<\/a> called on the Syrian government to begin negotiations with AANES to participate in solving the Syrian crisis, through joining it in the process of drafting the new Syrian constitution.<strong>Reporting by Basem Shweikh<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A Syrian politician told North Press, solution between #AANES and Syrian government is the best solution to curb #Turkey\u2019s violations against the region. @cmoc_sdf @SDCPress #NE_Syria  <\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":5,"featured_media":68171,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"pgc_sgb_lightbox_settings":"","footnotes":""},"categories":[39,3,2],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-68170","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-home","category-politics","category-syria"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.2 -
