{"id":68131,"date":"2021-11-23T12:17:13","date_gmt":"2021-11-23T12:17:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/npasyria.com\/en\/?p=68131"},"modified":"2021-11-23T12:17:30","modified_gmt":"2021-11-23T12:17:30","slug":"tension-in-syria-suwayda-after-clashes-between-ndf-and-residents","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/npasyria.com\/en\/68131\/","title":{"rendered":"Tension in Syria\u2019 Suwayda after clashes between NDF and residents"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>SUWAYDA, Syria (North Press) &#8211;<\/strong> On Tuesday, a tension was arisen in the city of Suwayda, southern Syria, and roads were blocked on the backdrop of clashes erupted yesterday between Iranian-backed National Defense Forces (NDF) and youths in the area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yesterday, clashes erupted between members of the NDF and young men who were cutting down forest trees near a government military point on Qanawat Road in the city of Suwayda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Two young men were wounded in the clashes, and were taken to the National Hospital in the city, and others were arrested.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The security services of the Syrian government cordoned off the hospital, against the backdrop of a raid by armed men with the aim of releasing the wounded, and clashes erupted between the two parties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There were conflicting reports about the fate of the wounded.
