{"id":68024,"date":"2021-11-21T09:50:21","date_gmt":"2021-11-21T09:50:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/npasyria.com\/en\/?p=68024"},"modified":"2021-11-21T09:50:42","modified_gmt":"2021-11-21T09:50:42","slug":"unidentified-gunmen-shot-sdf-member-to-death-in-syrias-deir-ez-zor","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/npasyria.com\/en\/68024\/","title":{"rendered":"Unidentified gunmen shot SDF member to death in Syria\u2019s Deir ez-Zor"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>DEIR EZ-ZOR, Syria (North Press) \u2013<\/strong> Unidentified gunmen shot to death, yesterday, a member of the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) in a town east of Deir ez-Zor, eastern Syria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unidentified gunmen, who were riding a motorbike, shot to death Ayman al-Ma\u2019eidi, 24, who was a member of the SDF, near a military point in the town of Sweidan, 75 km east of Deir ez-Zor, an SDF source in the town said. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The source added quoting eyewitnesses that the gunmen used Kalashnikovs. They were masked and wearing traditional garb (the jalabiya) and fled towards the desert after carrying out the operation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Recently, the countryside of Deir ez-Zor has been witnessing cases of kidnapping and assassination of members of the SDF, employees of the Autonomous Administration, tribal dignitaries and civilians for unknown reasons.
