{"id":67360,"date":"2021-11-08T21:33:49","date_gmt":"2021-11-08T21:33:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/npasyria.com\/en\/?p=67360"},"modified":"2021-11-08T21:34:10","modified_gmt":"2021-11-08T21:34:10","slug":"infighting-between-turkish-backed-factions-leaves-wounds-in-syrias-tel-abyad","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/npasyria.com\/en\/67360\/","title":{"rendered":"Infighting between Turkish-backed factions leaves wounds in Syria\u2019s Tel Abyad"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>AIN ISSA, Syria (North Press) \u2013<\/strong> On Monday, three members of the Turkish-backed Syrian armed opposition factions were wounded by gunmen of one of the opposition factions in the Tel Abyad area, north Syria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gunmen, belonging to al-Majd faction, attacked the members of the Military Police with automatic weapons, after setting up an ambush for them in the countryside of Tel Abyad, North Press reported an informed source.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The ambush was carried out in the village of Tel Fender, 6 km west of the city of Tel Abyad, the source added.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The ambush was preceded by clashes that took place between them yesterday in front of the Ain al-Arous bakery over the bread, according to the source.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Three military police cars were targeted in the ambush. As a result, three members were wounded and the entire patrol members were arrested.
