{"id":67054,"date":"2021-11-01T14:57:22","date_gmt":"2021-11-01T14:57:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/npasyria.com\/en\/?p=67054"},"modified":"2021-11-01T14:57:39","modified_gmt":"2021-11-01T14:57:39","slug":"medicines-for-cancer-patients-reach-syrias-hasakah-qamishli","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/npasyria.com\/en\/67054\/","title":{"rendered":"Medicines for cancer patients reach Syria\u2019s Hasakah, Qamishli"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>HASAKAH, Syria (North Press) \u2013 <\/strong>Two days ago,39 types of medicines for cancer patients arrived at the centers in Hasakah and Qamishli, northeast Syria, a source of the Syrian Society for the Treatment and Care of Child Cancer, said on Monday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cAbout 1,637 children, who are registered in the association for free, receive the medicines alongside with the chemotherapy according to the available capabilities,\u201d he told North Press on the condition of anonymity.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cThrough this, we aim at smoothing sufferings and burdens of travel of residents, who were forced to travel to Damascus in order to receive chemotherapy and medicines,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Syrian Medical Society was established in 2012 under a licensing decision from the Syrian government\u2019s Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The association has two headquarters, one in the government-held security square in Hasakah and the other is in blood bank center in Qamishli.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cMedicines are secured through donations by residents of Aleppo in order to secure these types of medicine to cancer patients,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Reporting by Jindar Abdulqader<\/strong><\/h3>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Medicines for cancer patients reached #Hasakah and #Qamishli cities in northeast #Syria.  <\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":5,"featured_media":67055,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"pgc_sgb_lightbox_settings":"","footnotes":""},"categories":[5,2],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-67054","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-community","category-syria"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.2 -
