{"id":66689,"date":"2021-10-24T18:55:30","date_gmt":"2021-10-24T18:55:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/npasyria.com\/en\/?p=66689"},"modified":"2021-10-24T18:55:31","modified_gmt":"2021-10-24T18:55:31","slug":"erdogan-wants-to-commit-genocide-in-rojava-ypg","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/npasyria.com\/en\/66689\/","title":{"rendered":"Erdogan wants to commit genocide in Rojava: YPG"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>HASAKAH, Syria (North Press) \u2013<\/strong> Erdogan wants to commit genocide in Rojava (northeast Syria)against Kurds, Nuri Mahmoud, spokesperson for the People&#8217;s Protection Units (YPG), tweeted on Sunday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mahmoud&#8217;s tweet came after a Turkish drone targeted the city of Kobani, north Syria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Erdogan wants to commit genocide in Rojava against Kurds just like Hitler committed it against Jews, Turks against Armenians, and ISIS against Yezidis,&#8221; Mahmoud said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He added &#8220;Afrin, Gire Spi (Tel Abyad), and Sere Kaniye (Ras al-Ain) are a living examples.&#8221; &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mahmoud attached his tweet with a video clip showing a burning car near Kobani which a Turkish drone targeted on Saturday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The YPG spokesperson indicated that &#8220;Dealing with Erdogan means endorsing racist plans against the Kurds.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Earlier on Sunday, Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) announced the killing of its three fighters in the countryside of Kobani, after being targeted by a Turkish drone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cOn Saturday morning, October 23, three of our fighters head from Sirrin town to the city of Kobani for treatment.
