IDLIB, Syria (North Press)<\/strong> – Several people, including children, were wounded on Tuesday in Russian airstrikes on an area that includes several IDP camps the northern countryside of Idlib, northwest Syria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Military sources told North Press that Russian warplanes targeted the vicinity of al-Tah camp and Maryam camp near the city of Ma’arat Misrin, north of Idlib.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Six civilians, most of them children, were wounded, and they were taken to medical points in the city of Ma’arat Misrin, north of Idlib, the sources added.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the same time, Russian warplanes launched several air raids on the outskirts of the towns of Kafriya and Batnata and east of Idlib city using high-explosive missiles, according to the same sources.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This morning, a woman was wounded by Syrian government artillery and missile shelling on residential areas in the village of al-Kafir in the Jisr al-Shughur area, west of Idlib governorate, as part of the military escalation that the area has been witnessing for months.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
