{"id":63290,"date":"2021-08-09T10:08:32","date_gmt":"2021-08-09T10:08:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/npasyria.com\/en\/?p=63290"},"modified":"2021-08-09T10:08:33","modified_gmt":"2021-08-09T10:08:33","slug":"syrias-aanes-opens-office-in-switzerland","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/npasyria.com\/en\/63290\/","title":{"rendered":"Syria\u2019s AANES opens office in Switzerland"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>QAMISHLI, Syria (North Press) \u2013 <\/strong>On Monday, the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria (AANES) opened an office in the city of Geneva in Switzerland to improve its relations with European countries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The office released a statement in Geneva which explained that \u201cit is necessary to open offices of the AANES in the countries affecting the Syrian issue; including Germany, France, Sweden and the Benelux Union.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cIn an attempt to improve our relations with other European countries, we opened an office representing the AANES in Switzerland because of its great importance and primary presence in the Syrian issue,\u201d the statement added.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The opening of an office in Geneva at this sensitive and historical time aims \u201cto build relations between the communities of northeast Syria and the government and people of Switzerland to introduce the project of the AANES.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With this step, the AANES aims to consolidate diplomatic relations and maintain security and stability in the region through joint cooperation in many political and cultural areas, according to the statement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Reporting by Muhammad al-Qadi<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>QAMISHLI, Syria (North Press) \u2013 On Monday, the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria (AANES) opened an office in the city of Geneva in Switzerland to improve its relations with European countries.
