{"id":60224,"date":"2021-06-01T15:50:02","date_gmt":"2021-06-01T15:50:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/npasyria.com\/en\/?p=60224"},"modified":"2021-06-01T15:50:03","modified_gmt":"2021-06-01T15:50:03","slug":"civilian-killed-others-wounded-in-explosion-in-syrias-hasakah","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/npasyria.com\/en\/60224\/","title":{"rendered":"Civilian killed, others wounded in explosion in Syria\u2019s Hasakah"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>HASAKAH, Syria (North Press) \u2013 <\/strong>On Tuesday, a civilian lost his life and four others wounded when a motorbike, targeting a car in the village of al-Humur east of Hasakah, northeast Syria, exploded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;A motorbike parked on the edge of the road blew up from distance while a Toyota&nbsp; Hilux was passing,&#8221; Muhammad Salim, an eyewitness from the area of the explosion, said.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;A man called Hassan Ali Muhammad lost his life, and four others were wounded, in addition to material damage to nearby shops and houses,&#8221; he added.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The driver, two others and a child called Muhammad Mahmoud Ibrahim, 11, were among the injured, according to the eyewitness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Another source told North Press that the car belonged to two traders from the countryside of Hasakah, and the injured were three not four.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Muhammad Hassan, the civilian, died of shrapnel while being in a nearby shop for repairing his car wheel,&#8221; it added.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;A resident was killed and three others were injured because their car was targeted while heading to Hasakah on Hawl town road,&#8221; the Internal Security Forces, (Asayish), said in a statement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;The targeting was done via a motorbike parked on the side of the road and prepared for blowing up from a distance,&#8221; the statement added.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No party has claimed the incident so far, while Asayish confirmed that they will continue their security campaign for combing and storming the hideouts of terrorists until all cells in the countryside of Hasakah and Deir ez-Zor are eliminated.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Reporting by Jindar Abdulqader\/Dilbreen Moosa <\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&#8220;The targeting was done via a motorbike parked on the side of the road and prepared for blowing up from a distance,&#8221; the #Asayish said. #Hasakah #ISIS  <\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":5,"featured_media":60225,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"pgc_sgb_lightbox_settings":"","footnotes":""},"categories":[7,2],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-60224","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-military-developments","category-syria"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.2 -
