{"id":52828,"date":"2021-01-12T12:12:00","date_gmt":"2021-01-12T12:12:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/npasyria.com\/en\/?p=52828"},"modified":"2021-01-12T21:03:45","modified_gmt":"2021-01-12T21:03:45","slug":"opposition-groups-turn-clothes-shop-into-weapons-shop-in-syrias-sere-kaniye","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/npasyria.com\/en\/52828\/","title":{"rendered":"Opposition groups turn clothes shop into weapons shop in Syria\u2019s Sere Kaniye"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>HASAKAH, Syria (North Press)<\/strong> &#8211; Recently, Turkish-backed armed opposition groups in the city of Sere Kaniye (Ras al-Ain) turned a clothing store owned by a displaced former resident into a weapons shop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Shop owner Yusuf Sheikh Hamo, who was displaced from Sere Kaniye during the Turkish invasion in October 2019, posted on his Facebook on Monday night pictures of his shop as it was before the Turkish invasion and another of the shop after it was turned into a weapons center by the Turkish-backed groups.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Turkish Armed Forces and Turkish-backed armed opposition groups took control of the cities of Sere Kaniye and Tel Abyad and their surrounding countrysides in October of 2019.
