This comes under a series of batches to be released into the care of tribal leaders, whereby Syrian families can return to their own regions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed-wordpress alignright wp-block-embed is-type-wp-embed is-provider-north-press-agency\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<blockquote class=\"wp-embedded-content\" data-secret=\"WznIyHwC6t\"><a href=\"https:\/\/npasyria.com\/en\/44322\/\">Remittances for ISIS women in northeast Syria\u2019s al-Hawl camp trigger imminent resurgence of the jihadist group<\/a><\/blockquote><iframe loading=\"lazy\" class=\"wp-embedded-content\" sandbox=\"allow-scripts\" security=\"restricted\" style=\"position: absolute; clip: rect(1px, 1px, 1px, 1px);\" title=\"&#8220;Remittances for ISIS women in northeast Syria\u2019s al-Hawl camp trigger imminent resurgence of the jihadist group&#8221; &#8212; North press agency\" src=\"https:\/\/npasyria.com\/en\/44322\/embed\/#?secret=PiW6rEk9D6#?secret=WznIyHwC6t\" data-secret=\"WznIyHwC6t\" width=\"600\" height=\"338\" frameborder=\"0\" marginwidth=\"0\" marginheight=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\"><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The exit of families had stopped due to the outbreak of coronavirus and the accompanying imposition of precautionary measures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sheikhmous Ahmed, Director of the Office of Refugee and Displaced Affairs, told North Press that the ban measures that followed the outbreak of coronavirus pandemic &#8220;were the reason behind stopping the returning process.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He added that the process will continue during the coming period, &#8220;and will include the displaced from various regions.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <a href=\"https:\/\/npasyria.com\/en\/37075\/\">Autonomous Administration had previously allowed the exit of many batches<\/a> of displaced people in Hawl camp as part of an initiative launched in June 2019, a month after a tribal conference was held in Ain Issa district.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ahmed indicated that they would continue to allow the displaced to return, among the residents of <a href=\"https:\/\/npasyria.com\/en\/41545\/\">Deir ez-Zor<\/a>, who constitute the largest proportion, in addition to the residents of Raqqa, Tabqa, Manbij, and various regions east of the Euphrates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This batch was limited to residents of Baghouz and al-Susa, which belong to the Abu Kamal region in the eastern countryside of Deir ez-Zor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>(Reporting by Jindar Abdulqadir)<\/strong><\/h3>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>HASAKAH, Syria (North Press) \u2013 On Wednesday, the administration of Hawl Camp, east of Syria\u2019s Hasakah, allowed dozens of families who were originally from the areas of the eastern countryside of Deir ez-Zor to leave the camp.
