stressing that there is a judicial ruling expected on this day.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">\nAccording to al-Kurdi, &quot;the Egyptian judiciary decides on the filed lawsuit which demands that the Egyptian Interior Ministry be obliged to obtain a decision to place the new Ottomanism president Erdogan on the waiting list, accusing him of committing crimes against humanity and ethnically killing the Kurds in Syria in particular.&quot;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">In an interview with&nbsp; North-Press, al-Kurdi cited a number of events carried out by the Turks in Syria, which were described as war crimes, including what happened in Afrin, Syria, in addition to other areas where the Kurds were particularly targeted, as well as Turkey&#39;s interventions in other areas in the region, posing a direct threat to the security in the area.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">\nAl-Kurdi continued: &quot;Erdogan aims to restore the old Ottoman Empire, and for this end he exerts all his efforts to interfere in the affairs of the countries of the region, and he does not refrain from committing war crimes, as happened in Syria or even the use of international forbidden weapons, which killed children, women and elderly people in Syria.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">\nHe explained that &quot;the Egyptian judiciary, if it acknowledged the demands of the submitted lawsuit, and took a decision to place Erdogan on the lists of anticipation of access &#8211; after the evidence that was presented to prove the above-mentioned charges &#8211; will be a historical ruling that paves the way to be used in the prosecution of Erdogan after that in the International Criminal Court;
