North-Press Agency <\/b><br \/><b>Fidaa al-Ahmad<\/b><\/p>\n<p>With the beginning of the new school year in Syria, about 120 internally displaced children in Batenta camp suffer the unavailability of any public or private educational centers, which in turn may lead to the spread of ignorance and illiteracy among them.<br \/>Batenta IDP camp, west of the city of Idlib, is a home to more than 150 displaced families from Hama northern and eastern countryside and Idlib southern countryside, where they take shelter under the shades of trees, as it lacks the minimum living requirements.<br \/>The camp includes no school to teach children, lacks sanitation and medical centers, and has difficulty in providing food.<br \/>According to North-Press reporter, regarding the way children spend their time in the absence of a school, they have no cognitive guidance and no educational care.<br \/>They talked to North-Press about their desire to learn and demanded a school in the camp, expressing their dreams of becoming doctors, engineers and professors when they grow up.<br \/>The camp is typical to the rest of the camps that were formed recently upon military escalations in the past few months of this year, and the control of the Syrian government forces into the city of Khan Shaykhoun in July.<br \/>Moreover, the IDPs in the camp suffer from the absence of relief organizations and concerned authorities with IDP affairs, amid the absence of any acceptable living conditions, which makes the displaced people concerned about their living in the open air with the imminent advent of winter.<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Idlib &#8211;&nbsp;
