They mutilated my daughter’s body\u201d The mother of A senior Kurdish politician in northeastern Syria who was killed by Turkey backed militias told \u201cNorth Press\u201d.<\/p>\n

The brutal killing of Havrin Khalaf, 35 years old was the first sign of the bloody genocidal campaign waged by Turkey in North East Syria.<\/p>\n

On Saturday, Khalaf\u2019s car was hit by Turkish forces. The Syrian Democratic Council (SDC), the political wing of the Kurdish-led Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) in northeast Syria, announced that a group called \u201cAhrar al-Sharqieah\u201d backed by Turkey executed Khalaf and her driver on M4 highway in NE Syria.<\/p>\n

In a video published by the group that executed Khalaf, Turkey backed militant telling other fighters  \u201cFilm me .. Filme me\u201d as he shoot Khalaf\u2019s captured driver with more than 20 bullets.<\/p>\n

Mustafa Bali, SDF spokesperson said that many civilians were kidnapped on the same highway on Saturday by TFSA.<\/p>\n

After the funeral of Havrin Khalaf, her mother Souad Mohammed told “North Press”, \u201cThey called me when they captured my daughter, they were shouting in Arabic and they didn\u2019t answer me, I said to myself that Havrin must be in the hands of the enemy now … I don’t even know who the enemy is.” Added \u201cmy daughter was a civilian, she\u2019 never been a combatant, she was a political advocate, it\u2019s a human right guaranteed for each man and woman\u201d<\/p>\n

Khalaf\u2019s mother describes her daughters mutilated and dismembered body \u201cThey were able to kill her with a bullet or two, but they chose to keep nothing from her body, her body was like a cotton ball wrapped with a piece of cloth\u201d<\/p>\n

The Mother said \u201cI moved a cloth that covered her chest and face and found nothing left from her body but a small piece from her jaw\u201d<\/p>\n

On Sunday morning, US State Department spokesman told Reuters, “The United States has seen reports of the killing of the Kurdish politician Havrin Khalaf\u201d expressing grave concern of the reports.<\/p>\n

Suad Mohammed, Havrin mother stressed. “If this world believe in basic human rights, they should help me to bring those who killed my daughter, a part in front of body to justice and I will not give up on asking about her rights until the rest of my life\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
