{"id":35620,"date":"2019-07-31T12:50:57","date_gmt":"2019-07-31T12:50:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/npasyria.com\/en\/?p=35620"},"modified":"2019-07-31T12:50:57","modified_gmt":"2019-07-31T12:50:57","slug":"US Assistant Secretary of Defense: SDF enabled us to liberate the region ","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/npasyria.com\/en\/35620\/","title":{"rendered":"US Assistant Secretary of Defense: SDF enabled us to liberate the region"},"content":{"rendered":"<div><font face=\"georgia\"><br \/><\/font><\/div>\n<div><font face=\"georgia\"><b>Washington- North-Press Agency &#8211; Hadeel Oueis&nbsp;<\/b><\/font><\/div>\n<div><font face=\"georgia\"><br \/><\/font><\/div>\n<div><font face=\"georgia\">US Assistant Secretary of Defense for the Middle East Michael Mulroy told reporters that the United States has three successful experiences of military coordination with the Middle East, in Iraq and Jordan, and with Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF).<\/font><\/div>\n<div><font face=\"georgia\"><br \/><\/font><\/div>\n<div><font face=\"georgia\">In a press conference held by the &#8220;Middle East&#8221; Institute, Mulroy stated that&nbsp; these experiences led to US- Middle East successful joint campaigns&nbsp; to defeat terrorism, and it was the best experience ever, in which the United States found reliable partners who took the lead in combat planning, leading to successful campaigns that facilitate the entry of the United States.<\/font><\/div>\n<div><font face=\"georgia\"><br \/><\/font><\/div>\n<div><font face=\"georgia\">Moreover, Mr. Mulroy said that the patnership with SDF was unique, as it began with coordination&nbsp; with a few hundreds of troops in 2015, developing them into a reliable, strong and multi-ethinic force.<\/font><\/div>\n<div><font face=\"georgia\"><br \/><\/font><\/div>\n<div><font face=\"georgia\">The US Assistant Secretary of Defense for the Middle East Michael Mulroy asserted that the US presence and support was not&#8221; decisive &#8220;in its experience with SDF, but was a cautious and limited,&#8221; As the final territory held by ISIS, was liberated&nbsp; by Syrian Democratic Forces, and was announced by them, and not the US forces. &#8220;<\/font><\/div>\n<div><font face=\"georgia\"><br \/><\/font><\/div>\n<div><font face=\"georgia\">Furthermore, Mulroy&nbsp; said that the US goals in northern Syria were still focused on its commitment to keeping the region safe from extremist groups such as Islamic State. He pointed out&nbsp; that despite the physical defeat of ISIS,&nbsp; it remain a significant threat to the US Department of Defense that the.
