The ultimate aim is to sign a new agreement, not wage a deliberate war in Iran,&#8221; he said.<\/font><\/div>\n<div><font color=\"#000000\"><br \/><\/font><\/div>\n<div><font color=\"#000000\">&#8220;The current international climate is not like the pre-Iraq war climate where \u201cWestern countries turned around America&#8217;s (claims).
