It added that the crossing received more than 57,000 Syrian nationals who voluntarily returned to Syria during the same period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On Monday, the authority announced that 1.04 million travelers had crossed the Bab al-Salama border crossing with Turkey in both directions since the beginning of the year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The authority said the Bab al-Hawa administration continues to strengthen its operational readiness by increasing staffing, improving technical and service capabilities, and organizing the movement of travelers and vehicles.
