{"id":137804,"date":"2026-05-18T09:43:37","date_gmt":"2026-05-18T09:43:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/npasyria.com\/en\/?p=137804"},"modified":"2026-05-18T09:43:38","modified_gmt":"2026-05-18T09:43:38","slug":"israeli-patrol-conducts-raid-house-searches-in-southern-quneitra-countryside","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/npasyria.com\/en\/137804\/","title":{"rendered":"Israeli patrol conducts raid, house searches in southern Quneitra countryside"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>QUNEITRA, Syria (North Press) \u2013 <\/strong>An Israeli military patrol on Monday entered the village of al-Asheh in the southern countryside of Quneitra, southern Syria, and carried out searches of several homes without making any arrests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Local sources told North Press that the patrol remained inside the village for more than two hours, moving through residential neighborhoods before searching several homes and inquiring about certain individuals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The incursion came a day after the countryside of Daraa and Quneitra witnessed a series of Israeli military movements and incursions, accompanied by the establishment of temporary checkpoints and restrictions preventing shepherds from accessing their grazing lands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The sources added that forces from the United Nations Disengagement Observer Force (UNDOF) entered the village following the withdrawal of the Israeli patrol.
