No official statement has been issued clarifying the legal basis of the decision or the framework under which the detainees were freed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Among those released was Abdulrazzaq al-Masri, described by local sources as one of the prominent figures within Hizb ut-Tahrir. Witnesses said families and relatives gathered near the detention site to receive those freed, with small crowds forming outside the prison as releases proceeded throughout the day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eyewitnesses reported that the process took place gradually over several hours under visible security measures deployed around the facility.
