Council in Syria (ENKS) said on Sunday that the agreement reached between the Syrian transitional government and the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) requires a \u201cresponsible approach\u201d in order to spare the country further suffering and tension and to help facilitate the return of displaced people to their homes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In a statement, the ENKS said it views the agreement between the Syrian government and the SDF as a step that must be handled responsibly, expressing hope that it will be implemented seriously and in a sustainable manner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Such an approach, the council said, would help prevent additional hardship and instability and contribute to the return of displaced Syrians.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The council added that Presidential Decree No. 13 represents an entry point for launching a serious national dialogue between the Syrian government and representatives of the Kurdish people, aimed at achieving legitimate national rights, addressing all historical grievances, and enshrining these rights constitutionally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The ENKS stressed that guaranteeing the rights of all Syrian components on the basis of genuine partnership, justice, and equality constitutes the cornerstone of
