No further details were provided regarding the number or condition of the wounded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The incident underscores the continued presence of ISIS cells in eastern Syria, particularly in Deir ez-Zor, where the SDF carries out regular security operations to dismantle sleeper cells and prevent attacks.
