The SDF, which provides security in these regions, has frequently accused such groups of undermining stability through indiscriminate attacks on civilian and military positions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tishrin Dam, located on the Euphrates River southeast of Manbij, is a strategic site that supplies electricity and water to surrounding communities.
