al-Mehbash, co-chair of the Negotiation Committee of the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria (AANES), said on Thursday that international and Arab efforts are underway to ensure the success of the March 10 agreement signed between the Commander in Chief of the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) Mazloum Abdi and Syrian Transitional President Ahmad al-Sharaa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Al-Mehbash said that the United States and France, along with regional and Arab countries, led by Saudi Arabia, are actively encouraging to reach a comprehensive understanding between the SDF and Damascus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He stressed that the success of the March 10 agreement depends primarily on its \u201cpractical and effective implementation on the ground.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Speaking on the sidelines of a meeting of the Negotiation Committee, held in the city of Tabqa, northern Syria, al-Mehbash strongly condemned hate speech issued by any party.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cWe clearly reject all forms of incitement and call for accountability for media and religious actors who promote hate discourse,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Al-Mehbash emphasized that Syria today urgently needs a democratic, civil, and participatory system founded on a national constitution that guarantees the rights of all Syrians and enshrines citizenship as the basis of equality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He also underscored that the return of displaced Syrians is a \u201cmoral and national priority,\u201d noting that millions have been forced from their homes and that rebuilding Syria is impossible without their return.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cThe return of the displaced is not merely a humanitarian obligation,\u201d he said, \u201cbut a national political right and a key measure of
