Syrian state news agency SANA reported the deployment described as \u201ca force including three tanks and two Hummers\u201d ascending the hilltop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The incursion follows heightened tensions in the sector after exchanges of fire last Friday in the Beit Jinn area, where clashes involving an Israeli patrol and local residents were reported.
