The meeting focused on the latest developments in Syria and the broader region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to a statement from the Kurdistan Regional Presidency\u2019s media office, the delegation discussed the current political and humanitarian situation in Syria, as well as the status of the Kurdish community and other ethnic groups in the country. The talks also touched upon the role of the Kurdish National Council in ongoing political negotiations and Syria\u2019s future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Barzani emphasized the importance of unity and mutual understanding among the Kurdish parties, reaffirming the Kurdistan Region\u2019s ongoing support for the negotiation process.
