The soldiers reportedly stopped several civilians and demanded to see their identification documents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The source added that the Israeli unit conducted thorough inspections of several vehicles before allowing them to continue, noting that the troops remained deployed at the site as of the time this report was prepared.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The incident triggered anxiety among residents living close to the separation line, as movement in the area sharply declined following the Israeli advance. Locals expressed concern about possible detentions or renewed cross-border operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to North Press field correspondents, such incursions have become increasingly frequent in the border villages of Quneitra. While Israeli forces often withdraw after several hours, these actions have created an atmosphere of instability and fear among civilians living along the frontier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Israel maintains a strong military presence along the occupied Golan Heights and routinely conducts operations near the demilitarized zone established under the 1974 disengagement agreement.
