It includes multiple sports facilities and a football field, with plans to add athletics centers, fitness areas, and children\u2019s training academies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Construction began in 2019 but faced delays due to Turkish attacks, the COVID-19 pandemic, and economic challenges linked to infrastructure targeting, which shifted priorities to essential services such as water and electricity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The stadium covers 13,000 square meters and has a seating capacity of 5,000 spectators.
