The claims could not be independently verified.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to the group, the most notable attacks included what it described as an \u201cambush\u201d on an SDF patrol in the town of al-Bahra and a \u201craid\u201d on a military post in Abu Hardub, both located in the eastern countryside of Deir ez-Zor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On Thursday, the UK-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reported that ISIS carried out 25 attacks in areas administered by the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria (AANES) during September alone, resulting in multiple casualties among security forces and civilians.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ISIS said its recent operations were intended to show continued support for its followers in al-Hawl Camp, which houses thousands of suspected ISIS family members. The group\u2019s statement framed these acts as part of its ongoing insurgent activity in the region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The SDF has not yet issued an official comment on the latest claims.
