The attacks began with drones, followed by a heavy wave of artillery shelling at 7 p.m., directly targeting homes of residents.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The statement confirmed that the shelling resulted in the deaths of seven civilians and injuries to four others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Earlier on Saturday, the SDF reported that a drone belonging to Syrian government forces targeted one of its military points in Aleppo countryside.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The SDF condemned the targeting of civilians, stating: \u201cWe strongly denounce this heinous crime, which continues a long-standing pattern by these factions of targeting unarmed civilians.
