It is a Syrian city in every sense of the word. The March 10 agreement, signed between the SDF and the central government in Damascus, marked an important step forward, building on arrangements reached in Sheikh Maqsoud and al-Ashrafiyeh.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He added that the agreement provides a framework for forming joint committees to ensure the return of displaced Syrian Kurds, including compensation and other measures grounded in human rights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;This shows that what is required now are practical steps. Lectures, rhetoric, and endless talk are no longer useful. What matters today is that we already have an agreement on the ground,\u201d Qalaji said, noting that ongoing efforts aim to support the accord and urge both parties to fully implement their commitments.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Qalaji highlighted that Article Five of the March 10 agreement explicitly guarantees the return of forcibly displaced persons, stressing that \u201cthe people of Afrin are among those displaced, just like many others forced from their areas across Syria.
