After surrounding his hideout, SDF forces arrested him without any casualties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to the statement, Abu Mansour was involved in planning and carrying out attacks targeting SDF military posts, the Internal Security Forces (Asayish), and civilian vehicles. These attacks aimed at spreading fear and destabilizing security across the region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Raqqa, once the de facto capital of ISIS, was liberated in 2017 after months of SDF-led operations with Global Coalition support.
