It comprises six judges\u2014four of whom are legal advisors\u2014and three lawyers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In a statement published on its official Facebook page, the committee stated that Maher Ghaleb al-Andari has been appointed as Secretary-General of Suwayda Governorate and Shakib Ajwad Nasr as head of the Internal Security Forces in Suwayda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The committee outlined its operational strategy and objectives, including establishing an executive office in Suwayda to manage public services, creating specialized subcommittees for relief, fact-finding, and monitoring violations, and following up on the cases of missing and forcibly disappeared persons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The committee also adopted the issues of supporting families of martyrs and the wounded, collecting and distributing donations to affected communities, preserving public and private institutions, banks, and economic facilities, overseeing public health and hospital services, and addressing broader humanitarian and social needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>By Malin Mohammed<\/strong><\/h3>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>SUWAYDA, Syria (North Press) \u2013 The Higher Legal Committee in Suwayda, southern Syria, announced on Wednesday the formation of a temporary executive office to oversee public services in the governorate, alongside the appointment of new internal security leadership to ensure the provision of essential services to citizens.
