They reported widespread looting of homes and shops, along with a total power outage that has persisted for days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The government forces&#8217; withdrawal follows an agreement reached between the Syrian government and the city\u2019s Druze leaders.
