Iran insists on its right to fully develop its nuclear program, while Israel remains determined to prevent Tehran from acquiring nuclear capabilities at any cost.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The exchange of attacks between Israel and Iran has continued for four consecutive days, resulting in hundreds of casualties and heightening fears of a broader regional escalation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to Andakian, the heart of the conflict lies in Iran\u2019s nuclear ambitions. \u201cThis war will only end in one of two ways: either Iran succeeds in enriching uranium to the point of producing nuclear weapons, or Israel manages to destroy Iran\u2019s nuclear infrastructure.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He warned that confronting Iran will not be easy, citing its vast missile arsenal, which could allow it to sustain a prolonged confrontation with Israel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cThe conflict could last for weeks and spiral into a regional war,\u201d Andakian said, noting recent reports suggesting potential Pakistani support for Iran and Chinese arms supplies to Tehran, while the United States increases its military backing for Israel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Washington-based expert emphasized that U.S. involvement currently includes military, intelligence, political, and diplomatic support for Israel.
