The depot contained moderate quantities of light and medium weaponry, along with various types of ammunition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In a separate operation, a patrol in the town of al-Sukhnah in the Palmyra desert found another weapons depot buried near a former government building.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The discovery was made following a tip-off from local residents.
