{"id":126298,"date":"2025-06-01T06:14:38","date_gmt":"2025-06-01T06:14:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/npasyria.com\/en\/?p=126298"},"modified":"2025-06-01T06:14:40","modified_gmt":"2025-06-01T06:14:40","slug":"u-s-backs-inclusive-political-transition-amid-aanes-damascus-talks","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/npasyria.com\/en\/126298\/","title":{"rendered":"U.S. backs inclusive political transition amid AANES-Damascus talks"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>QAMISHLI, Syria (North Press) \u2013 <\/strong>The U.S. State Department told North Press on Sunday that there is an opportunity for all segments of Syrian society to live together in peace, in reference to the ongoing talks between the Syrian transitional government and the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria (AANES).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A U.S. State Department official emphasized that the United States supports the Syrian people, including religious and ethnic minorities such as Christians, Druze, Alawites, and Kurds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The AANES&#8217; delegation arrived in Damascus on Saturday.
