He noted that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, among others, may now be positioned to play a key role in Syria\u2019s reconstruction efforts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He further stressed that it is the responsibility of the Syrian transitional government to seize this opportunity to promote national security and stability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cThis step must be used to engage all components of the Syrian people in rebuilding the country, improving public services, and rehabilitating the devastated
