The document outlines a vision for both the broader Syrian national framework and Kurdish national aspirations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The preparatory committee comprises the &#8220;National Unity Parties&#8221; and Kurdish parties outside the existing frameworks in Syria. The Kurdish National Council (ENKS) has been invited to participate, though it has yet to decide on its stance, according to committee sources.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Key Provisions in the Draft Document<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1. Political Symbols and Identity<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A national flag, anthem, and name for Syria that reflect its multi-ethnic composition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Official recognition of Yazidism as a religion in Syria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Full gender equality in all state institutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Protection of children\u2019s rights as per UN and Amnesty International standards<strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6. Turkish Occupation and Territorial Integrity<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Complete withdrawal of Turkish forces from Afrin, Serekaniye (Ras al-Ain), and Tel Abyad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Removal of Turkey-backed armed groups and reversal of demographic changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Establishment of a nationwide ceasefire as a foundation for national dialogue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>7.
